LAGOS,Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- Sporting Lagos have announced the sacking of head coach, Paul Offor, and is set to appoint Abdullahi Biffo as possible replacement.
Offor will leave with his assistant coaches, Micah Bello and Edward Green.
He managed 10 wins in 30 matches, 12 defeats and 8 draws.
Former Kwara United boss, Biffo is expected to tinker the team with just eight games to the end of the season.

Offor who led the team to their maiden appearance in the topflight has endured a difficult time as the head coach of the club after the club’s form dipped towards the end of the first round.
“On behalf of everyone at Sporting Lagos, the Club would like to express its gratitude to Coach Paul for his efforts and achievements during his time with the club,” reads a statement on the club’s official website.
“Coach Paul will forever have a place in Sporting Lagos history after leading us to our first-ever NPFL promotion and winning our first-ever piece of silverware — the Naija Super 8 Competition. The Club and fans alike will miss the energy and polish he brought to the touchline.
“The team will focus on remaining in the top flight with the final eight (8) matches of our inaugural season.”
