LAGOS, NIGERIA (VOICE OF NAIJA) –Anthony Joshua believes Oleksandr Usyk will prevail in the undisputed heavyweight title fight between the Ukrainian and Tyson Fury.
Joshua plans to be ringside when Fury and Usyk fight for the undisputed heavyweight championship in Saudi Arabia.
Joshua, who was relieved of his WBA, WBO and IBF belts by Usyk in September 2021 and then lost the rematch 11 months later, expects the Ukrainian world champion to see off WBC champion, Fury and become the first undisputed champion in the four-belt era.
“I really want to be here (in Saudi Arabia) for that fight,” Joshua told Boxing Social.
“I’ve fought Usyk, so I can only speak on what I’ve experienced with him—a phenomenal fighter. I would say he’s going to do a really good job.”

“I’ve never fought Fury, so I can’t speak about what it’s like to face him. Only speaking on what I know, I have to say Usyk will be victorious,” he said.
Joshua has lost to Usyk twice on points and was heavily criticised for his performance in the first fight.
The winner of the Usyk vs. Fury fight could end up facing former champion Joshua, who has also revealed his shortlist for the next fights.
It remains to be seen who will come out victorious, but with less than a month until fight night, AJ has given his prediction.
Joshua impressed in his last fight, stopping Francis Ngannou, whom Fury previously struggled against.
Having watched his fellow Brit make far easier work of Ngannou than he did, Fury will want to make amends next month, but he has his work cut out against the undefeated Usyk.
