LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) Cristiano Ronaldo, the Al-Nassr star, has clinched his second consecutive Saudi Pro League Player of the Month award for his remarkable performance throughout September.
Despite being 38 years old, Ronaldo’s skills remain as sharp as ever.
In August, he scored five goals and provided two assists, earning him the Player of the Month award.
He continued his impressive form in September, netting an additional five goals and contributing three assists to his team’s success.
Thanks to Ronaldo’s outstanding performances, Al-Nassr has experienced a resurgence in the league.

The team secured six consecutive victories after suffering two defeats in mid-August, climbing to fourth place in the league standings.
Ronaldo is not only the top scorer in the Saudi league this season with 10 goals but also Portugal’s leading goal-scorer in their Euro 2024 qualifying campaign, with five goals to his name.
He has already surpassed his goal tally from the previous season, where he scored 14 goals in 19 matches for Al-Nassr in 2022-23.
In the current season, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner has found the back of the net 17 times in just 16 matches.
Al-Nassr, led by Ronaldo, is set to face Abha in an upcoming league match on Friday afternoon.
Depending on the results of other matches later this week, they could potentially secure the top spot in the league standings.
