LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – Jesse Lingard may be poised for a Premier League return this season as both West Ham and Wolves express interest in securing the services of the free agent.
The former Manchester United midfielder has been without a club since his contract with Nottingham Forest expired at the conclusion of the previous season.

However, Lingard could make a comeback to the Premier League, with West Ham United and Wolves displaying keen interest in his signing, as reported by Sky Sports.
Lingard, now 30 years old, had a successful loan stint at West Ham under the management of David Moyes in 2021, tallying nine goals and five assists in just 16 Premier League appearances for the club.
Throughout the summer, Lingard has been training with West Ham to maintain his physical condition and is expected to feature in a closed-door match for the club this week.
