ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has begun the display of a preliminary voters’ register in Cross River, across the 18 local government area. This is following the just-suspended Continuous Voter Registration (CVR). The INEC displayed the new register at its office in Calabar and area offices across the 18 local government areas. ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- The operatives of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in a joint operation with the Nigerian Army, have arrested 120 persons for alleged involvement in illegal oil bunkering in Rivers state.
