LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the president of Paris Saint-Germain, has expressed his admiration for star forward Kylian Mbappe while emphasizing the club’s newfound unity.
PSG faced a tumultuous summer, marked by Mbappe’s decision not to extend his contract, triggering numerous transfer rumors.
Furthermore, Lionel Messi and Neymar departed for teams in MLS and Saudi Arabia. Despite these challenges, Al-Khelaifi believes that the team is in a better position than the previous season.
“Kylian Mbappe is an exceptional player and an outstanding individual,” Al-Khelaifi told Record.
“Both on and off the pitch, the Paris Saint-Germain team has never been more united, as was evident during last weekend’s match against Lyon.”
