LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)-Cristiano Ronaldo doesn’t want to quit Al-Nassr despite reports in Spain suggesting he is already looking for a way out of Saudi Arabia.
When the Portuguese superstar’s contract with Manchester United was terminated at the end of December, he astonished the world by signing for Al-Nassr.
Ronaldo reportedly earns $215 million over the course of his two-year contract at Mrsool Park, making him the highest-paid player in the league.
However, Mundo Deportivo claims that Ronaldo has not made the Middle East his permanent home.
According to the Spanish website Mundo Deportivo, Ronaldo is already keen to leave Al-Nassr because he is dissatisfied with the infrastructure, which he perceives as “very far from modern society.”

They continued by stating that the 38-year-old is open to other possibilities while considering a potential return to Europe. However, those allegations have been refuted by Ronaldo’s agent.
Additionally, Ronaldo has scored 13 goals in his first 17 matches for Al-Nassr, who are attempting to win the Saudi Pro League championship in his debut season with the team. Ronaldo is a Portugal international.
With three games left in the 2022–23 season, they presently trail league leaders Al-Ittihad by three points.
The seasoned striker has garnered attention for his outbursts of sour grapes and supposedly had a falling out with head coach Rudi Garcia before Garcia’s dismissal. However, he is still determined to bring home the championship.
The 38-year-old is anticipated to return to the field on Tuesday when Al-Nassr takes on Al-Shabab. He is under contract with Al-Nassr through 2025.
