ABUJA, Nigeria (VOCE OF NAIJA) – The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has begun the distribution of Permanent voter cards (PVCs) to persons yet to collect their cards in Abuja.
Pictures obtained by voiceofnaija.ng showed the people in queues under the sun, waiting their turns to collect their cards ahead of the 2023 election.
Residents of Nigeria’s Federal Capital defied the harsh weather as they seemed determined to take the PVCs to exercise their franchise in the forthcoming general election.
