LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), and the Trade Union Congress (TUC), of Nigeria, have declared an indefinite strike starting from 3 October. LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- Officials of the Seme Command of the Nigeria Customs Service, have arrested two persons for attempting to smuggle N6.89 million worth of African parrots, hawks and green parrots to Benin Republic. The birds were reportedly found hidden in a luxurious bus that left Kaduna State en route to Benin Republic. LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- No fewer than 15 persons have been killed after a trailer rammed into a commercial bus in Etsako East Local Government Area of Edo State. The Trailer was said to be coming from Lokoja-Okene road before ramming into the commercial bus that was full of passengers. According to an eyewitness, the incident occurred after the trailer had a brake failure and crashed into a Toyota bus, killing 15 persons.
