The Lagos State Government has kicked against a request by the management of Chrisland Schools to exhume the remains of a 12-year-old student of the school, Whitney Omodesola Adeniran. Zoom has fired its president, Greg Tomb, a former Google employee who only began working at the company around 10 months ago. Zoom is the company behind the video conferencing platform — which became a household name during the pandemic. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Zoom management stated that Tomb’s termination was effective as of Friday.
