The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division had on Monday, affirmed that Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), was the duly elected candidate for the Kogi Central Senatorial Election on 26 February, 2023.
The appellate court dismissed the appeal filed by Senator Abubakar Ohere for lacking merit.
