LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- Rap legend and activist, Wyclef Jean, has called for international support for Nigeria, claiming that he traced his roots to the country.
Jean made the disclosure in a post he shared on X along with a photo of a model of a building, adding that the country is open for business in tech infrastructure.
The post read: “The Feed back from the People and the Government has been a huge outpouring of Love and Support!.

“You don’t know where you going if you don’t know were you from and my roots trace back to West Africa Nigeria being the strongest so as I’ve seen so far, I’m proud to say Nigeria is Open, Transparent and Welcoming to international business!

Recall that Wyclef Jean had earlier made the revelation about his roots in a post in 2019 during the singer, Kiss Daniel’s “Fvck You Challenge”.
