Nigerians on social media have reacted to the reports of an Ekiti-based chef identified as Damilola Adeparusi who has begun 120 hours cooking marathon in Oye Local Government Area of the State.
This is coming few weeks since Akwa Ibom indigene and chef, Hilda Baci completed her cook-a-thon monitored by Guinness World Records in 100 hours.
Adeparusi became a cynosure in a viral video after she reportedly completed 15 hours of the 120 hours earmarked for the cooking.
Some netizens are unhappy with the development while others have hailed her, saying overtaking is allowed.

A tweep @Neghaay said: “Abeg break ham, 2 weeks later, I go enter kitchen. As all of una dey craze so.”

“No be Guinness go recognise that person.. Na odogwu bitters,” Egwu Samuel commented.

@deragiselle on her part wrote: “That is how you will be living on a street in this Nigeria and nobody will be selling tomatoes. Immediately one person starts selling tomatoes, every other person will pick interest immediately and tomato sellers will pass the number of people living on the street.”
