    Ekiti Chef Challenges Hilda Baci, Commences 120 Hours Cook-a-thon

    Nigerians on social media have reacted to the reports of an Ekiti-based chef identified as Damilola Adeparusi who has begun 120 hours cooking marathon in Oye Local Government Area of the State.

    This is coming few weeks since Akwa Ibom indigene and chef, Hilda Baci completed her cook-a-thon monitored by Guinness World Records in 100 hours.

    Adeparusi became a cynosure in a viral video after she reportedly completed 15 hours of the 120 hours earmarked for the cooking.

    Some netizens are unhappy with the development while others have hailed her, saying overtaking is allowed.

    A tweep @Neghaay said: “Abeg break ham, 2 weeks later, I go enter kitchen. As all of una dey craze so.”

    Another user @nwachi_official tweeted: “𝐒𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐮𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐮𝐧𝐚.. 𝐑𝐮𝐛𝐛𝐢𝐬𝐡. 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐚 𝐠𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭.”

    “No be Guinness go recognise that person.. Na odogwu bitters,” Egwu Samuel commented.

    @deragiselle on her part wrote: “That is how you will be living on a street in this Nigeria and nobody will be selling tomatoes. Immediately one person starts selling tomatoes, every other person will pick interest immediately and tomato sellers will pass the number of people living on the street.”

    @iamlexprince said: “Women supporting women. I like that 😂😂”

    @Mikun2022 tweeted: “She should increase it to 365 days jaare I want to see something 😏”

    “Tell whoever that is that she has to wait for Guiness World Record to accord Hilda her certificate before she go venture on her own cooking.
