Nigeria’s President Bola Tinubu has sent a condolence message to the government and people of India over a multiple train crash in the country which killed over 280 passengers. The Kogi Government, on Saturday, confirmed the attack on Governor Yahaya Bello’s convoy on Saturday by gunmen, along the Abuja-Lokoja highway. According to reports, hoodlums suspected to be political thugs attacked the convoy of Yahaya Bello and injured some of his security aides. The attack occurred around 12pm on Saturday near the Naval Base, a few kilometres from Lokoja, the State capital. Investigative journalist David Hundeyin has released evidence showing that the ‘Nigeria Air’ aircraft unveiled by the immediate past Minister of Aviation, Hadi Abubakar Sirika, was a money laundering scheme. The Ondo State Police Command, on Friday, said it had commenced an investigation into the death of a woman, Alhaja Kadijat Falekulo.
