The President sent the much-awaited list containing 28 names to the Senate on Thursday, with the promise to send another batch “soon”. The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) under the leadership of President Bola Tinubu, has agreed on the “closure of land and air borders between West African countries and Niger, institution of ECOWAS no-fly zone on all commercial flights to and from Niger, freeze all service transaction (sic), including utility services”.
