LAGOS,Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) –The winner of the 2022 edition of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija), Ijeoma Josephina Itabor a.k.a Phyna, has sought support from Nigerians in claiming prizes promised by the show’s sponsors.
On April 3, the reality star directed her grievances towards Multichoice Nigeria, the organizers of BBNaija, asserting that she has yet to receive all the prizes and monetary rewards she was entitled to.
Phyna’s outcry coincided with Multichoice’s announcement of auditions for the upcoming ninth edition of the popular reality show.
In a recent development, the Practitioners of Content Creating, Skit-Making, and Influencers Guild of Nigeria (PCCSIGN) compiled a list of gifts allegedly owed to Phyna and urged Multichoice to intervene and ensure the release of the promised prizes by the sponsors.

Taking to Twitter on Saturday, Phyna expressed her frustration with the challenges she has encountered while attempting to claim her prizes.
She also questioned why the Nigerian public has remained silent on this matter.
The reality TV star emphasized that victims of injustice should not be ignored until they face irreparable harm and called for support in rectifying the situation.
“A big organisation is making me go through the stress of not getting my prizes as promised since 2022,” she wrote.
“And Nigerians are yet to say anything because it is Phyna. Let us stop pretending to fight for justice when the person is no more.
