HATFIELD, United Kingdom (VOICE OF NAIJA) –Ibrahim, son of late President Umaru Musa Yar’adua, has taken Amira Babandede as his second wife.
Amira is the daughter of former Comptroller General of Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) Muhammad Babandede.
The wedding fatiha was held on Friday, October 20, 2023.

Ibrahim, a graduate of Law from Brunei University London, married his first wife, Saratu Sodangi, who is also a lawyer, in 2018.
His father Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, a Nigerian politician who served as president of Nigeria from 2007 to 2010, died on 5 May.
His inauguration marked the first time in the country’s history that an elected civilian head of state had transferred power to another.
