LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – David Raya, Arsenal’s new No. 1 goalkeeper, has spoken about his relationship with Aaron Ramsdale after taking over the position.
Raya, who joined Arsenal on loan from Brentford, has replaced Ramsdale as the top choice, raising questions and discussions among fans.

Despite the change, Raya has emphasized their positive relationship, stating that they push each other in training and that it’s vital for their collaboration.
Raya also expressed admiration for manager Mikel Arteta’s philosophy and emphasized his readiness to accept rotation if Arteta decides to implement it in the future.
With the goalkeeper situation at Arsenal seemingly resolved for now, Raya is preparing to face Chelsea in an upcoming Premier League fixture on 21 October at Stamford Bridge.
