During the summer transfer window, Neymar made headlines by making a high-profile move to the Saudi Pro League with Al-Hilal, leaving behind his stints with Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.
Although the 31-year-old star has already contributed three assists in the Saudi league, it took him a little over a month to score his first goal for his new club, which he accomplished in the AFC Champions League match against FC Nassaji.
The Selecao will kick off their journey by hosting Venezuela on 13 October, followed by a trip to Montevideo, where they will take on Uruguay in another pivotal 2026 World Cup qualifying match on 18 October.
