LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has asserted that the future of exiled forward Jadon Sancho at the club depends on the player himself.
Sancho has been sidelined by Ten Hag following a dispute in which he labeled himself a “scapegoat,” citing subpar training performances as the reason.
Recent reports from Germany have suggested that Sancho’s gaming habits have disrupted his sleep patterns and impacted his time with Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga.

However, Ten Hag declined to address these rumors directly, emphasizing that the 23-year-old holds the reins to his fate at Old Trafford.
In response to questions about whether Sancho’s decision to delete his Instagram account could impact his chances of returning to the team, Ten Hag simply stated, “I don’t know; it’s up to him. I don’t comment on players who are not available.”
Manchester United is set to return to Premier League action this weekend with a match against Crystal Palace.
