The Minister of Defence, Muhammed Badaru; Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle and other service chiefs have paid their last respect to the military personnel recently killed in Niger State.
The 22 personnel paid the supreme price when they were ambushed by terrorists at Zungeru-Tegina road in Niger.
The ceremony was held at the National Military Cemetery with the rank and file of the Nigerian Armed Forces in attendance.
Some of the officials present were the Deputy Governor of Niger State, Yakubu Garba; Chief of Defence Staff, Major General Christopher Gwabin Musa; and other service chiefs.
