ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- The Benue State Governor, Rev Fr Hyacinth Alia, unveiled the staggering challenges bequeathed by his predecessor’s administration.
The Governor disclosed that upon assuming office, his government was burdened with a staggering number of 2,124,000 Internally Displaced Persons, amidst a litany of other pressing issues.
The inherited predicaments encompassed a dysfunctional civil service, soaring youth unemployment, widespread hunger, and alarming child malnutrition.
