ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – Officials of the Borno State Hisbah Command have shaved off the hairs of some young men in the State, saying it is against the morals, ethics, and culture of the State
The Islamic Police in a statement, said the shaving of the hair was carried out at various areas of Maiduguri.
The areas include Baga Road, Gwange district, Keleri, Fori, London, Dala, Madiganeri, Mulai, Shehuri, Magumeri, during the just concluded Sallah celebration.
According to Ibrahim Abdulkardir, spokesperson of the outfit, the hairstyles violates the good morals, ethics and culture of the people of Borno State.
