IBADAN, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – The Common Entrance Examination result of Mmesoma Ejikeme Joy has been posted on social media following her recent infamous hassle with examination body in Nigeria.
A photo posted on Twitter showed Mmesoma’s common entrance result sheet where she passed excellently.
This is coming after the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) accused the girl of forging her result.
According to JAMB, Mmesoma, a student of Anglican Secondary School in Anambra State, manipulated her Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) result shortly after the original was released to her.

JAMB consequently went public with the UTME result slip of the young girl following the controversy surrounding her score.
JAMB’s spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, on Sunday, 2 July, accused the student of manually manipulating her UTME result to attract a N3 million scholarship from Innoson Motors.
During an interview on Channels TV on Tuesday, 4 July, Benjamin shared Ejikeme’s UTME result which shows that the student of Anglican Girls Secondary School in Nnewi, Anambra state, scored 249 in the exam, TheCable reported.
The UTME result presented by JAMB is different from the result slip being paraded by Mmesome, which showed she scored 362.
Also, both Ejikeme and JAMB’s results showed that there was inconsistency in the Anambra student’s month of birth. The controversial 362 UTME result showed Mmesoma was born on 2 March, 2004 while JAMB’s result revealed she was given birth to on 2 April, 2004.
Mmesoma, however, defended herself, saying she did not forge her result. Instead, she said the result she has was issued to her by JAMB.
She said she is a brilliant girl and that she has been taking the first position in class since her nursery school days. Her common entrance examination result has now been made public, and it shows that she scored 334 in aggregate.

A tweep, @UchePOkoye made Mmesoma’s common entrance examination result public by posting it on his Twitter page on Tuesday.
Sharing an image of the result, he wrote: “This is the common entrance of Mmesoma Ejikeme.
She scored 93 in English! She’s a brilliant child!”
Reacting to @UchePOkoye’s post, @david_saint said: “It’s probably pressure like this that pushed her to do what she did.
“She was paraded as a child genius and couldn’t accept scoring 249 in JAMB. Hopefully, she learns from this and comes out stronger.”
Some tweets disagreed with @david_saint’s opinion and tackled him for believing the examination board without hearing Mmesoma’s side of the story.
CIA said: “If you’re sensible you will not conclude just after hearing from institution conducting the examination.
“In Law, we say ‘Audi alteram partem’ (hear the other side) AND ‘nemo judex in causa sua’ (you cannot be judge in your own cause).”
Another tweep, @abubakr_mubaraq tweeted: “I saw her Original Jamb result, she scored 249 and applied for Medicine in Unilag, apparently someone pushed her to do that upgrade, cos there’s no way she’ll gain admission to study medicine in Unilag with that Jamb score.”

“On point. She must have seen her performance and thought it’s below par. Then seek advise. Before resorting to doing stuffs like forgery of results,” Mario Boss weighed in.
Activist Dele Farotimi also commented and said: “I am reading condemnations of a 16 year old child, by rabid supporters of a career criminal of no determinable pedigree, and I marvel at the complete absence of self awareness, and the level of hypocritical stupidity on display..🤔”
@Dike Phil on his part said: “In this whole Mmesoma wahala, I am forced to align with @obyezeks. Then I think @JAMBHQ needs to step up. They should be able to give a report kn the aggregate of scores each year. Let’s know the highest scores, lowest, average score etc. That sort of report will help curb this sort of rubbish.
“Then, they have to prove the girl did not print that result from their site. These are the issues. Lastly, I wonder why they escalated this?
“Give it to JAMB, the stated they would announce the overall best in due time. Due time was such a long time though.”
In another tweet, @Nnanyelugo13 claimed that JAMB changed his score four times in 2009. He said whenever he checked the portal, he saw a different score.
“In 2009, JAMB changed my score 4 times, 162, 286, 215, 214. Each day it kept on changing, I was using Nokia touch then, I don’t even know how to operate a computer then, so who was manipulating my own result then?”
