LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – Romelu Lukaku’s new offer from Inter Milan will probably be declined by Chelsea.
Lukaku scored 10 goals in 28 Serie A appearances, and Inter is prepared to make a new bid to try to sign him on loan for a second season.
The Villarreal player Nicolas Jackson, who will likely replace the Belgian international, is on the verge of joining Chelsea, in contrast.
According to The Daily Telegraph, Inter’s bid includes the right to purchase Lukaku for €30m (£25.7m/$32.8m) after the conclusion of the 2023–24 campaign.
