ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – Reports reaching voiceofnaija.ng have it that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Hakeem Odumosu as the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
According to a tweet by @theeyesofbat, a Twitter handle dedicated to information about happenings concerning the President, Odumosu, a retired AIG will be assuming office to replace suspended Abdulrasheed Bawa.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Rtd AIG Hakeem Odumosu as the Substantive Chairman of EFCC.
“The approval is however subject to his Confirmation by the Senate,” the tweet read.
