Veteran Nollywood actor, Fatai Adekunle Adetayo, popularly known as Lalude, was overwhelmed with emotions after receiving a car gift from fans.
This comes days after the ace actor, who has been in the industry for decades, took to social media to seek financial aid and openly expressed his desire to own a car.
His heartfelt appeal caught the attention of Nigerian comedian Nepa Boys, who went out of their way to share a video, encouraging the public to support Lalude in his time of need.
In response, many people donated money to the veteran actor, and a kind-hearted anonymous fan even gifted him the generous sum of N3 million specifically to buy a car.
The actor also received a donation of N1 million, among other things, from his fans and well-wishers to wipe the tears off his face.

A video of the moment he received a red Toyota Camry has been circulating online, and his face was beaming with joy and gratitude, deeply touched by the overwhelming display of love and support.
He stated that he is thankful that he didn’t seek assistance for medical treatment, but to better himself and thanked his fans for their support.
This comes few weeks after well-meaning Nigerians contributed money to buy a car for veteran actress Iya Gbonkan whose real name is Margaret Olaiya.
The renowned actress, who is known for her creepy roles lamented that she does not own a car despite spending decades in the movie industry.
In a video now in circulation, she claimed to have been using public transport to move around.
