Days after Chef Damilola Adeparusi started her 120-hour cooking challenge, Chef Hilda Baci has sent a message to her to show her support
Baci, in her message, celebrated Dammy for taking on the challenge, adding that passion knows no limit.
In a Twitter post, she also asked her to learn from the experience as she wished her well.
The Nigerian chef who earlier cooked for 100 hours said: “The beauty of dreams is that they are unique to each individual. Dami, your boldness to take on a cooking challenge shows that passion knows no limits. Embrace the journey, learn from every experience, and inspire others with your unwavering spirit. #DreamsUnleashed.”
Her tweet has since gathered thousands of reactions.
@bolayinkaobebe tweeted: “Hilda God will bless you for me 100 folds! Your head is still in the right place. I am more proud of you even now! We surely do rise by lifting others! You have opened the way and many shall thread it! Continue to inspire!”

@TheSilvapr also said: “I have a feeling they can only try, but no one is touching you or your records. Nice motivation from you tho, kind heart you’ve got ❤️”
“Dami is brave for trying something new and challenging. Everyone has dreams that are special and unique to them. We should learn from our experiences and share our passion with others,” @explainthisbob commented.
@Lesor_XY reacted: “Make sure you congratulate Dammy when she beat your 100hrs by Monday. Keep the sportsmanship 🍒”
Daniel Regha, a Twitter critic, frowned at Hilda’s support towards the ongoing cook-a-ton set up by the Ekiti chef.
He reacted that it doesn’t make sense though it was a kind gesture.
He added that she only sent the wrong message by supporting the chef and the gesture implies that anyone is at liberty to pursue success at the expense of hindering others’ progress.
The social media influencer tweeted: “Hilda Baci encouraging chef Dami & the Ekiti Cookathon makes no sense; It seems like a supportive gesture, but she’s just sending a wrong msg that anyone is free to pursue success, even if their ambition stops others from progressing. The truth is, Dami should’ve waited, periodt.”
