Nollywood actress, Ruth Kadiri, has slammed Ekiti chef, Damilola Adeparusi, over attempt at breaking Hilda Baci’s unofficial 100-hour cook-a-thon record.
Voiceofnaija.ng reports that Chef Dami is set to break Hilda’s record.
Chef Dami began a 120-hour cooking marathon in Oye Local Government Area in Ekiti State on Friday.
In May, Hilda Baci made headlines by breaking the record for the longest cooking category of the Guinness World Record.

Chef Dami’s attempt at beating Hilda’s record has since gotten much talk, with most slamming the Ekiti chef for her lack of emotional intelligence and originality.
Kadiri has also joined netizens dragging the chef stating that she should have at least allowed Hilda to enjoy her win for a while before attempting to break
In a now-deleted post, the mother of two wrote: “They won’t think for themselves, but the moment you do it, everyone starts realising they can do it too. They can’t even wait for her euphoria to settle.
“Meet Nigerians, my people.”
A verified user, Chinenye Azubuike, opined: “Will she meet the criteria? It’s not only about cooking. She has to cook with the less privileged and also feeds the special people while standing to cook.
“Did she write to GWR? Where are the judges from GWR? Did she do the 24hrs trial and sent it to GWR? Lots of rules are attached.

“I wish her all the best even though I know she won’t make it cos her eyes are already showing weakness.”
“Meanwhile where are that Liberian man and the Kenyan woman that wanted to break the record after Hilda? The pots and plating are even disturbing my eyes talk less of the eyes of GWR,” she added.
Victoria George said: “Hilda has not broken the Guinness World Records, you have started your own.”
Another user, Adesoji Agboola commented: “Unemployment na bad thing oo. This is what happens when you associate unnecessary publicity and give unnecessary credence to issues that aren’t relevant.”
