LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)-Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic face off against two opponents who have never participated in a Grand Slam match.
Alcaraz, the top-ranked 20-year-old from Spain who won the U.S. Open in September, will compete against Italian Flavio Cobolli, who is placed 159th.
The 114th-ranked American Aleksander Kovacevic will face Novak Djokovic, who won two of his 22 major titles in Paris.

When asked to compare Juan Carlos Alcaraz of today to the Alcaraz of a year ago, the 2003 French Open winner said: “As a person, I would say he’s more mature.”
Then Ferrero continued: “As a player, I think he grows up on the court, like, really fast. He could be able to, say, slightly better read the matches.
“Djokovic wins the 23rd Grand Slam trophy, starting his quest to surpass the men’s record that he now shares with Rafael Nadal. Djokovic has the opportunity to become the first guy to win at least three titles in each major.”
