ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- The Supreme Court has adjourned the delivery of judgment in a case by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) seeking the disqualification of President-elect, Bola Tinubu and Kassim Shettima, the Vice-President-elect, until 26 May.
The PDP had urged the apex court to reverse the Court of Appeal judgment, led by Justice James Abundaga.
The judgment held that the party failed to establish its locus standi.
