ABUJA, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – The recently concluded presidential and national assembly elections witnessed a lot of twists, one of which was the emergence of 27-year-old Ibrahim Bello Mohammed.
The young man from Kebbi State won the election to represent his Birnin Kebbi-Kalgo-Bunza Federal Constituency.
Fondly called IBM, the House of Reps-elect will become the youngest ever lawmaker when he picks up his certificate of return and resume at the National Assembly.
Mohammed won the election on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kebbi State, to represent his people at the House of Reps.
Nigerians are hopeful that, as young lawmaker, his impact at the National Assembly will be felt, since youths have been clamouring for a chance to be at the helm of affairs.
