IBADAN, Nigeria (VOICE Of NAIJA)- A man identified as Chidi Ogbuehi, has been arrested by the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC) after the man he stood in for absconded while on pilgrimage in Israel. Celestine Toruka, a spokesperson for the commission, said in a statement on Tuesday, in Abuja, that Solomon Ogbuehi, who was part of the Lagos State contingent absconded in July. Eight others were rescued after the collapse which occurred on the evening of Tuesday, 30 August, according to the Nigerian Red Cross Society, Kano State branch. People were in the building when it went down at about 3.25 pm. on Tuesday.
