IBADAN, Nigeria (VOICE Of NAIJA)- A man identified as Chidi Ogbuehi, has been arrested by the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC) after the man he stood in for absconded while on pilgrimage in Israel. Celestine Toruka, a spokesperson for the commission, said in a statement on Tuesday, in Abuja, that Solomon Ogbuehi, who was part of the Lagos State contingent absconded in July.
