Nigeria’s Vice President Kashim Shettima departs Nigeria on Wednesday, 13 September, to attend the G77+China Leaders’ Summit in Havana, Cuba, from 15 to 17 September 2023. He will be representing his principal President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the summit. Olusola Abiola, Director of Information, Office of the Vice President, disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday. Mohbad’s longtime girlfriend and babymama, Omowunmi, is mourning the loss of the Nigerian singer whose real name is Ilerioluwa Olademeji Aloba. The 27-year-old singer died on Tuesday, 12 September. The Ogun State Government have reacted to allegation that it partially pulled down DATKEM Plaza located at Ijebu Ode, over rift between the present governor Dapo Abiodun and the former leader of the state, Otunba Gbenga Daniel. DATKEM Plaza, Ijebu Ode, is said to be owned by Mrs Olufunke Daniel, the wife of the state’s former governor, Otunba Gbenga Daniel. A man identified as Ejike Wilson has been arrested by men of the Rivers State-based vigilance group, ONELGA OSPAC, alongside two pastors, over the death of his 24-year-old disabled son in the Port Harcourt. The young man identified as Lucky Wilson reportedly died after an operation to remove his hunchback and sell it to suspected organ traffickers. A yet-to-be-identified student of the Rivers State University, RSU, Port Harcourt, who reportedly fell from a moving vehicle, during a Jeans Carnival held to mark the Students Week, has died. It was gathered that the incident happened on Thursday, 7 September, 2023. The student was rushed to the hospital but died from his injuries.
