LAGOS,Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- Mixed reactions have trailed the arrest of popular transgender woman, Bobrisky, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The social media personality was arrested on Wednesday in Lagos for naira mutilation.
Bobrisky was summoned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) following the circulation of a viral video in which she was purportedly seen spraying large sums of new naira notes.
Shortly after the arrest of Bobrisky, some social media users wondered if the social media celebrity “will be locked in a male or female cell”.
“Which cell dem go con lock bob risky for? Male or female cell?” a user asked.
