LAGOS Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has allocated roles to his newly appointed commissioners and special advisers.
The swearing-in ceremony took place on Friday in Akure, the state capital, following which the governor unveiled the portfolios for the appointees.
In a statement issued by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Ebenezer Adeniyan, the assigned portfolios were disclosed.

Among the appointments, Omowumi Isaac will lead the Ministry of Finance, while Olukayode Ajulo (SAN) takes charge as the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice. Razaq Obe will oversee the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, and Akinwumi Sowore will helm the Ministry of Lands and Housing. Niyi Oseni has been appointed to lead the Ministry of Environment, and Pastor Emmanuel Igbasan will head the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning.
In the realm of Special Advisers, Prof. Simidele Odimayo has been appointed for Health, Dr. Olawunmi Egbayelo-Ilawole for Education, and Olamide Falana for Gender Matters.
Abduganiyu Muhammed will take on Special Duties and Strategy, Gbenga Omole will handle Information, and Smart Francis will focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Additionally, Alabi Johnson has been appointed for Energy, and Pastor Babalola Ayoade will oversee Infrastructure, Lands, and Housing.
