LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) England and Real Madrid starlet Jude Bellingham, has hinted that he is unlikely to return to the Premier League anytime soon, as he envisions spending the next decade at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Bellingham’s transition from Borussia Dortmund to Real Madrid has been nothing short of extraordinary, with him scoring 10 goals in 10 matches across various competitions.
This impressive form has also extended to the international stage, as he recently contributed to England’s 2-1 victory over Italy, securing their qualification for Euro 2024.
The 20-year-old’s remarkable performances have earned accolades from teammates, opponents, and former players alike, solidifying his status as one of the world’s premier football talents.
Despite receiving interest from English clubs such as Manchester City and Liverpool, it appears they will have to exercise patience before convincing Bellingham to leave the Spanish capital.
In an interview with Channel 4, Bellingham expressed his joy for the sport and the creative freedom provided by his club and country.
He emphasized his commitment to Real Madrid by stating, “This is the club I want to be at for the next 10 to 15 years of my life.
“I am loving it there. Carlo [Ancelotti] basically said this position is where he sees me.”
The rising star is set to take the field again when Real Madrid faces Sevilla in La Liga on Saturday.
