The petitioners are challenging the announcement of President Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of the 25 February 2023 presidential election.
Recall that in May, the PEPT had merged the petitions by both Atiku and Obi as a single petition while also reserving judgment on the same.
But the recent development shows that the tribunal is now set to arrive at its final verdict on Wednesday.
