Jurgen Klopp has allegedly taken a shot at Chelsea, with Liverpool about to lose Moises Caicedo after an epic transfer dispute.
Following Sunday’s 1-1 draw between Liverpool and Chelsea, Klopp made a jealous jab at the team that appears to have signed Brighton player Caicedo before the Reds.
When Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino’s comments about wanting to strengthen his squad before the end of the transfer window were put to Klopp, the Liverpool boss said: “That’s what each Chelsea manager wants, and usually they get it.

“These specific players, as you can see at the moment, are obviously crazy. It’s no secret that we are looking for something like that.”
Liverpool had a £111 million ($140 million) offer for Caicedo accepted by Brighton last week, but was unable to convince the 21-year-old to move to Anfield.
The midfielder’s preferred destination has always been Chelsea, who have now reportedly agreed a British record £115 million ($146 million) deal with Brighton.
Chelsea may also steal Southampton’s teenager Romeo Lavia from under their noses if they’re not satisfied with beating Liverpool to Caicedo.
Klopp will have to seek elsewhere if the Championship team accepts Chelsea’s £55 million ($70 million) bid.
