LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – The leading consumer electronics company in India, Samsung, has introduced its Digital support Center, a complete platform that will offer customers a tailored customer support experience in relation to their products.

Customers can visit the Digital Service Center either by navigating to the support section of https://www.samsung.com/in or by directly accessing www.samsungdigitalservicecenter.com.

Once users log in to their Samsung accounts, the Digital Service Center offers individualized support based on their needs.

A streamlined user navigation process, rapid access to self-help content organized by category, DIY videos tailored to particular categories, a mobile app experience, and model-specific repair and spare part prices on a single page are all included in this.

Customers will be able to find solutions to a variety of product-related problems through the DIY videos, such as how to use the screen mirroring feature on your TV, connect a Soundbar to the TV, install a Samsung semi-automatic washing machine, set up a Freestyle projector, or use the auto restart feature in Samsung Galaxy smartphones.

Also, customers can use the Digital Service Center to schedule callback requests for remote and visual support, get software updates, track repairs, locate a service center, book appointments for priority service at service centers, and avail of pick-up and drop-off service.

“At Samsung, we have always believed in catering to the evolving needs of customers. The Digital Service Center is a step towards simplifying post-purchase services and providing personalized support to our consumers.

“We understand that to fully empower consumers, they need to be offered easy access to a digitalized ecosystem.

“The platform boasts easy navigation for consumers and provides them access to product specific DIY videos, helping them resolve their queries with ease,”  Sunil Cutinha, Vice President, Customer Service, Samsung India, stated.

The Digital Service Center also provides access to a number of additional digital service choices that Samsung provides to its clients, enabling them to fix their problems without leaving their homes.

Customers have the option of choosing between WhatsApp Support, Remote Support, technical support through the call center, or watching how-to videos on the Samsung website and YouTube.

Additionally, Samsung offers a “Smart Touch Call” service that cuts down on consumers’ wait times when they call Samsung Customer Care to get their questions answered.

Customers can choose to use a synchronized voice and screen interface in place of a conventional contact center environment.

The user-friendly service experience known as Smart Touch Call allows callers to interact with the system and record their needs.
