Reacting to the report, a netizen warned Nigerians living abroad to be careful of Caribbeans.
He said: “Look here, all you abroad Naija. Avoid Carribean low-lives wherever you find them… Clubs, workplaces, malls, neighborhood stores, pumps, etc. They are a vicious, envious, hateful lot. Unlike regular humans, these guys carry on them while leaving home, a knife. And I can tell you for free that these knives aren’t for peeling oranges.
“Add that to the weed smoking, and you have a highly potent mix. I’ve lived among these guys and I can tell you they think nothing of ending a life. They mostly come from communities where any who lives up to age 20 is considered an old man already. ‘Man born fi die’, they will tell you. Be careful out there, brothers.”
Another netizen also commented, “All these Jamaicans and carribeans go dey make Scarborough rough for we Nigerians, dey are all the same all these carribeans Lousy ,rough ,hateful, envious of Nigerians here So sad the boy lost his life Prison no go change the evil boy o When e comot e go still stab Dem full prison for her Shifty carribeans.”
“Black on black crime. Black lives do matter. Be guided,” another user reacted.
