IBADAN, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – The official portrait of the President-elect, Bola Tinubu who will be sworn-in as the President of Nigeria on Monday, 29 May, has been unveiled.

Bayo Onanuga, one of Tinubu’s spokespersons, made the announcement on Twitter ahead of the inauguration.

Tinubu will assume office as the 16th President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria after winning the 2023 presidential election in a keenly contested affair.

Onanuga, a former journalist, wrote: “From today 29 May 2023, he shall be known and called President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

“The glory belongs To Almighty God, the God of all possibilities. And also to us the Nigerian people. Here is the official portrait of Nigeria’s 16th President.”
