According to Daily Mail, the Qatari group is positive about bidding more in the competition, meanwhile, manager Erik Ten Hag is assured of a hefty financial support to help push the club to the top of the English league should the deal go through
The Qatari group pushing for a total takeover will face competition from Sir Jim Ratcliffe, Britainās richest man, a top fan who has shown interest in the bidding.
Furthermore, the investorās determination to buy the club and take it where it should is keen to Manchester United being recognized as the biggest football club in the world and to build on the success of Qatarās 2022 World Cup hosting.
The take over of such magnitude would give Man Utd an edge as one of the biggest clubs in Europe with the availability of huge transfer funds.
However, some UEFA rules disallow two clubs with overlapping membership to face each other, as PSG is already owned by Qatar sports investment and this could lead to issues in European competition.
It has since been reported that the United takeover would come from a separate investor as the club remains up for sale.
