A man based in Atlanta, USA, has narrated how he almost got shot in the head by a stray bullet while playing a game at home.
The man, a sneakerhead content creator according to his Twitter profile, shared photos after the stray bullet hit his left monitor and what looks like the wall.
According to @YTMikeCheck, “A stray shot from someone yesterday almost hit my head while I was playing apex. At most missed me by 3 inches and hit my left monitor. Wtf is life.”
in another tweet, he wrote: “Looks like the bullet fragmented after hitting the monitor and went through the wall.
The hole from the outside.”
The photos and tweets garnered mixed reactions as some tweeps didn’t believe it was a stray bullet while others wanted to know the materials used in building the house for the bullet to easily go through the wall.

@iamsentry replied @DwoyaG: “To me, it looks like a .44 magnum round. Fired from a revolver at close range(5-10 ft) it could defiantly blow through multiple layers of dry wall with ease. Ive spent enough time firing rounds to from 9mm to 50cal, the damage a single round like a .44 can do would look similar.”

Raul Aguirre said: “Ok, first off you said stray bullet which implies not being the intended target. Ur 40ft from the street and if it’s a pistol which doesn’t look like anything over .40 cal it’s def not going to penetrate the exterior, through the insulation, drywall, sheetrock, etc.
If in case it does penetrate the wall the round will then tumble and cause waaaay more damage if it hit ur screen I’m talking about taking an entire chunk off ur monitor and not going in so cleanly.”
@YTMikeChecks replied tweeps doubting his story and said, “Haters are wild! After something traumatic like this I cant believe ppl telling me I did this myself bc at the time of posting I forgot to include the pics of entry holes. Blaming the victim is wild, especially on their own assumptions. I’m just happy I’m safe.
