LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- Social media critic, Martins Otse a.k.a VeryDarkMan has lashed out at Nollywood actresses Tonto Dikeh and Iyabo Ojo just days after being released from police detention.
Otse, known for his controversial critiques and public feuds with various figures in the entertainment industry, was recently arraigned in federal court on five counts of cyberstalking.
The charges alleged that he had posted offensive and indecent content on his Instagram account, including claims that Iyabo Ojo was engaged in an inappropriate relationship with her own daughter.
Additionally, Police accused Otse of falsely alleging that Tonto Dikeh was behind the notorious gossip blog Gistlover.
Otse pleaded not guilty to all charges and was granted bail on June 10th.

In a lengthy video uploaded to his social media pages on Friday, the controversial critic recounted his experience in police custody.
While stating that he would continue cooperating with law enforcement, Otse urged the authorities to focus less on online rumors and unsubstantiated claims.
He also doubled down on his previous assertion that Tonto Dikeh was behind the Gistlover blog, alleging that the platform had stopped calling out individuals since he made this claim.
“I have five counts against me. Samklef, Tonto Dikeh, Iyabo Ojo and of course the police,” Otse said in the video, alluding to his ongoing legal battles with these public figures.
The social media personality went on to detail a conversation he claimed to have had with the Inspector General of Police, who allegedly encouraged him to keep fighting for what he believed was right.
”If you remember the first time I was detained, I talked something about the DIGs and I was taken to the inspector general of police,” he said partly in the lengthy video.
“When I got there, this man spoke to me like a son, he did not act like someone who had the power to do and undo. He told me to fight for something good and if you have a problem, bring your petition and I will sign it.
“And I told him that if I bring a petition to the police, they always take time and sometimes they do not respond. He said from today, bring your petition and if they do not do it, come to me,” he said.
