HATFIELD, United Kingdom (VOICE OF NAIJA) – A Nigerian lady identified as Modupeoluwa Osunbayo, has blamed the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his convoy, for causing an accident on Sunday at Adeniji Adele interception.

According to the tweep, the accident involving two cars and a truck was caused as a result of LASTMA officials halting moving vehicles abruptly at the interception for the governor’s convoy to pass through.

She shared videos and pictures of the incident on her X handle.

She tweeted, “Dearest gov. @jidesanwoolu today, LASTMA officials stopped moving vehicles ABRUPTLY at Adeniji Adele interception (the foot of 3rd mainland bridge ) so your convoy could pass through. This resulted in terrible accident involving 2 cars and a truck.

Your convoy even passed by afterwards and noticed the incident.

I have attached videos and pictures of this incident to this thread. On such a beautiful Sunday as this, ONE FAMILY has been greatly affected by this and those involved are TRAUMATIZED.

Selah.”

In another tweet, she revealed that her family was involved in the accident and expressed her gratitude to God for safety.

She wrote: “I’m just really thankful! My whole family is thankful to God because it could have been worse than this. 🤲🏾”
