LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)-President Bola Tinubu has reportedly filed an emergency application seeking a review of the judgement that ordered immediate release of his academic records to Atiku Abubakar.
Recall that Judge Jeffrey Gilbert of the United States District Court had on 19 September, ordered Chicago State University (CSU), release Tinubu’s records to former Vice-President, Atiku, as part of an ongoing election challenge proceeding in Nigeria.

This is as the judge ordered that the school administrators submit themselves to certify all released records under oath.
PeoplesGazette gathered that as the school commenced preparations to release the files, Tinubu entered an emergency application in the district requesting a senior judge to review Mr Gilbert’s 19 September order and delay execution until at least 25 September.
This development is following Abubakar’s application to get documents relating to Tinubu and Judge Gilbert’s order that CSU officials conduct the process as soon as possible.
