LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- A Nigerian woman who recently gave birth to twins through Cesarean section (CS) has accused her husband of domestic abuse in Asaba, Delta State.
Human rights activist Harrison Gwamnishu, on his social media handle, @Harrison Gwamnishu, shared the woman’s message to him, seeking help.

The new mother, in her message, also noted that she has been experiencing domestic abuse by her husband, including during the eighth month of her pregnancy.
“Good evening, Sir. I just gave birth to Twins through CS…. My husband has beaten me twice. During my 8th month pregnancy, he did the same. Please help me. This is happening in Asaba,” the post read.
