LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- At least six travellers have been declared missing after a passenger boat Capsized on Zamare River, Agwara LGA of Niger State.
According to reports, the victims who were mostly farmers, were travelling from Niger State to Kebbi State when the boat capsized.

The boat is said to have housed about 20 passengers including women and children when the engine powering it went off in the middle of the river.
The Overseeing Director General, Niger State Emergency Management Agency, Garba Salihu, who confirmed the incident, stated that the agency was yet to get full details of the incident.
