The footage was captured immediately after Olga Carmona’s 29th-minute goal against the English team.
It captures the Spanish staff celebrating, with Vilda’s left hand seemingly making contact with the breast of a female staff member.
Simultaneously, Luis Rubiales, the president of the Spanish Football Association (FA), has been mired in controversy due to his actions.

He was caught on camera kissing Jenni Hermoso on the winners’ podium following Spain’s triumph over England in the World Cup final.

Rubiales conveyed that the actions were not meant to be inappropriate; rather, they occurred in a moment of excitement and without any ill intent.
He acknowledged the resultant controversy and the discomfort stemming from the incident, offering his apologies.
He also stressed the need for increased prudence in his capacity as the head of the Spanish FA during significant events.
